Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance
Prepare materials for project reviews, cost adjustments
Control documentation for accuracy and consistency
Plan, monitor, coordinate and execute complex engineering tasks
Develop and manage an engineering project plan, design reviews and design approvals between 3V, sub supplying vendors, subcontractors and the client.
Develop status reports and modify plans or schedules
Monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure they satisfactorily fulfill their commercial and technical supply commitments
Actively participate in the Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test with clients and/or other 3V units.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering preferred
Previous experience/ knowledge with medium voltage electrical related products such as breakers, reclosers, switchgear
Must be able to communicate complex technical subjects to groups of technicians and/or engineers
Excellent technical English writing and verbal skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and desires to deliver to customers a quality, completed project that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications and other equivalent project management software such as Microsoft Project and / or SAP is desirable
Travel as required
Candidates with work authorization that would permit them to work for 3V in the US.
